Deltek Acumen Risk is an advanced schedule and cost risk analysis tool for quantifying, assigning, and managing risk exposure in project(s).

It incorporates Monte-Carlo simulation, easy uncertainty assignment, and an integrated project risk register to produce meaningful reporting in easily understandable terms vs. statistical lingo.

This four half-day course has been designed with project teams in mind who want to truly determine their cost and schedule risk exposure and learn how to use Deltek Acumen Risk to establish a sound plan for risk exposure reduction.

There are no prerequisites for this course, although an good understanding of risk management, project management and scheduling processes and methodologies is expected.
