Objectives

This course aims to:

  • Provide an introduction to Primavera P6 Administration.
  • Explore the key Administrator functions relating to Enterprise Data and Project Controls.
  • Demonstrate user setup, management and maintenance.
  • Discuss the setup and delivery of Global Services.
  • Enable you to create and manage user interface views.
  • Teach you how to setup ‘default’ My User Preferences and project User Defined Fields (UDFs).
  • Equip you with a level of competency that enables you to successfully Administer P6 in the workplace.

Audience

This course is aligned to the competency requirements of the new Primavera P6 Administration user.

Prerequisites

Participants should have completed the Prescience Technology Primavera P6 Fundamentals and Advanced training courses.
