This advanced-level course is designed for experienced Primavera P6 users who want to deepen their expertise in project planning, scheduling and control. Building on knowledge from Primavera P6 Fundamentals, advanced techniques for resource management, earned value analysis, and complex scheduling scenarios will be explored.
This training emphasises best practices for optimising project performance and managing large-scale, multi-project environments.
Prerequisites
Completion of Primavera P6 Fundamentals Training or equivalent experience.
We recommend you have a minimum of 3-6 months of active P6 use.
